12 Dimensions Critical Reflection - 15% of final mark

Part 1:
Destiny: (Directed/Directive)
It’s about who is control your fortunes and fates that make your life misery or happy or you create your own path that determine your destiny.
Communication: (Direct/Indirect)
This dimension is about how you communicate with other people as you are straight forward or not regardless if you they close to you or just your colleague.
Context: (Informal/Formal)
With this dimension, as in your work environment are you comfortable with them or not as you consider them as they are your close friends or close as one of family member.
Outlook: (Tradition/Innovation)

As this dimension defined if you are following what you have learnt and see from your ancestors, or you like to find new path to begin your own new life.

Part 2:
As my result of CMI report, which showed my position in each 12 dimensions and defined my personality as what am I strong in and what I am weak in.
In part one of this test I defined 4 dimensions that I would describe what I learnt.
First of all, Destiny dimension showed that I control my own life and make my own path regardless what stress that I faced or differ of others views. As example, that if I decide to be a pilot and I don’t have suitable qualification for this position and my family are not supporting me to apply to this kind of job, so I either look for other job to satisfy my family or I convince them that I am capable to do it.
In second dimension “Communication”, showed that I closest to direct polarity as I said literally what I need or what I meant. As I face a lot of misunderstanding with my colleague and my manager as they are indirect people and that is what I am real are.
I consider my workmates or my colleagues as my second family and work together with supporting of each other and I deal with them as they are very close to me, but that what I very disagree with it as I don’t like to share anything as person with stranger people until I get well-known to them first and deal with them professionally, and what between us is only a business and this is third dimension called “Context” as I defined in part one.
My Outlook shows that I am balanced between to be tradition person or to be innovation person, which I can follow what ancestors believe and said and deal with situation in old fashion but I can find a better way to solve or create new path in regard to fix the mistake or create new solution and I am very agree with it.

Part 3:
I don’t think that I might change my point of view on these 12 dimensions after 5 years because it’s based on what I believe and what I feel if it’s wrong or right, and it’s different from me and other people which make difference of opinion and that as well based on what they believed as well.
Twelve dimensions is not book of our Creator “Allah” that make us to stick to it for our lifetime and it’s my change by other people who are profession in Psychologies science defining new criteria of what they see better to know the person.
This techniques is used a lot when they do testing for job application to choose better person in better position.
I think I will leave this job to change the 12 dimension criteria to psychologies professions or who are profession in Human Resources management.

Exercise #4 – World Cultures/ World Choices

The American life is all about Personal autonomy or you have to face the death. Their society is depends on each individual choice that person make and what they believe in. In addition, American can freely make their own decision with no rules that limit their choice. American believe that choice allow them to individuate themselves that built their own identity. Culture of America respect choice that has been taught in U.S before the establishment of United State.

In a fact, John W. Carlin a National Archivist writes, American people is different because their government and the way they live is based on the divine right of kings, and the inherited rights of leaders. They are based on the Charters of Freedom which is the Declaration that stated American independence and the Structure that created their government, and established their independence.
